Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.
AI output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before sending or publishing them. MyAvsar does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity; to infringe others’ rights; to attempt unauthorized access; to abuse rate limits; or to reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
Subscription
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select unless canceled. Pricing and features are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice where required.
Credits
Some features consume credits or usage allowances. Unused allowances may expire or reset according to plan rules. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through billing settings or the customer portal. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our billing practices and applicable law.
Gmail
Optional Gmail integration requires your authorization. You control connect and disconnect actions. You are responsible for complying with Google’s terms and for messages you choose to send via the integration.
Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or outages may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAvsar and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to MyAvsar for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or a greater minimum if required by law.
