Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, name, and profile details you choose to provide. We use this data to authenticate you, personalize your experience, and communicate about your account.

Prompts and generated email drafts you submit through our tools are processed to provide the AI features you request. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing with an AI processing pipeline. We do not sell your email content.

If you connect Gmail, we access mailbox data only as needed for the features you enable (for example, reading threads to draft replies or sending mail you approve). You can disconnect Gmail from Integrations. Google user data is handled according to Google API Services User Data Policy requirements applicable to our integration.

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We receive billing metadata (such as subscription status and limited invoice details) but do not store full card numbers on MyAvsar servers.

We use essential cookies for security and session management. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for categories and controls.

If you grant analytics consent, we may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate product usage. We design tracking so that email bodies and draft content are not sent as analytics event payloads.

We retain account and usage records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category.

You may request account deletion from Settings (or by contacting support). Deletion soft-deletes or removes account data according to our backend process and may cancel related subscription access. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, AI model inference, and (if enabled with consent) analytics or advertising. These providers process data under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

We apply industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password.
